# Base endpoint

The base endpoint of Voiso Public API is: `https://{cluster_id}.voiso.com/`

When sending API requests to your contact center, you must specify the `cluster_id` as part of the request URL. The `cluster_id` is the name of the Voiso cluster where your contact center is located. You can obtain the `cluster_id` from your account representative or check the first part of your contact center URL. In this example, the `cluster_id` is `cluster1`:
