# Overview

Use the **Scheduled Callbacks** API to schedule a phone call between an agent and a contact. The system automatically dials the call at the specified date and time.

To schedule a callback, use a [POST](/v1-api/apidocs/scheduled-callbacks) request to your Voiso contact center.
