### Authentication

#### Mandatory two-factor authentication

[Two-factor authentication](/v1/docs/multi-factor-authentication) (2FA) is now mandatory for all contact centers. All users who have not already completed the 2FA setup process must do so before signing in to their Voiso account. The 2FA setup process starts automatically when a user attempts to sign in. After completing setup, users must use 2FA every time they sign in.

**Note**: Contact centers may request an exemption from mandatory 2FA.

### Send SMS API

#### Support for SMS templates

The Voiso API now supports [SMS templates](https://developers.voiso.com/reference/listsmstempaltes#/) with the [Send SMS](https://developers.voiso.com/reference/createsms#/) API endpoint. The SMS template API can be used to retrieve a list of all your contact center’s SMS canned messages and their details.

## Improvements

### UX and UI Improvements

#### Answering Machine Detection

When [Answering Machine Detection](/v1/docs/use-cases-amd) is enabled for a contact center, it is now enabled by default for new users.

#### Assigning channels to flows

When you create a new [Flow](/v1/docs/inbound-flows), you can now view which numbers are assigned to which flows. A link next to each number takes you directly to the assigned flow, allowing you to easily unassign it so you can assign it to your new flow.

### Other Improvements

#### List Campaigns API

The `Filter[{{param}}]` structure is no longer required when adding parameters to your [List Campaign](https://developers.voiso.com/reference/listcampaigns#/) requests. You can now use the parameter name directly.
