Users can now send [historical reports](/v1/docs/reporting-historical-reports-overview) by email after, or instead of, generating it.

#### Freshdesk interaction fields mapping

A new **Ticket field mapping** tab has been added to the [Freshdesk integration](/v1/docs/freshdesk) page, allowing you to control how Voiso call data is written to Freshdesk tickets.

You can now map individual Voiso interaction fields to specific Freshdesk system or custom fields. Unmapped fields can be handled separately by adding them to the ticket description or excluding them.
