### HubSpot

#### Contact masking

You can now [mask contact phone numbers](/v1/docs/crm-hubspot-contact-masking) in [HubSpot CRM](/v1/docs/crm-hubspot) while keeping click-to-call functionality fully enabled in Voiso. This gives administrators more control over agent access to contact data. Voiso dials the real number stored in a hidden field, while agents only see a dummy value. Setup is fully supported in the integration settings for **Contacts**, **Companies**, and **Deals**.

### Dialer campaigns

#### Dialer waiting music on hold

You can now add separate media to play Music on Hold (MOH) to agents who are in the **Dialer waiting** status during outbound [Dialer campaigns](/v1/docs/outbound-dialer-campaigns-overview). Set the **Music on dialer waiting** option on the **[System settings](/v1/docs/administration-system-settings)** page, then select a **Music on Hold** media that you have uploaded to the **[Media](/v1/docs/administration-media)** page.
