# Extended Call Details: HLR

**Who should read this article**: Administrators, Supervisors

The **Extended Call Details** page for HLR lookup displays information about who requested the lookup, when the request was made, and the request results.

## Introduction

Voiso maintains a detailed record of every interaction your contact center handles, including [HLR lookup](https://docs.voiso.com/v1/docs/home-location-register-hlr) requests. You can browse, search, and filter the [Call Detail Records](/v1/docs/reporting-cdr) (CDRs) for HLR lookup requests using the **Call Detail Records** page from the **Reporting** menu. The list of requests includes high-level information for each request. To view the details for any request, click it to open the **Extended Call Details** page for the interaction.

The **Extended Call Details** page for HLR lookup requests is divided into two sections:

- [Header](/v1/docs/extended-call-details-hlr#header)
- [Metadata](/v1/docs/extended-call-details-hlr#metadata)

The **Extended Call Details** page's Header section includes a link to the page, the total number of related requests, and navigation buttons.

### Total requests

The total requests tally ( **2** in the screenshot above) tells you how many other requests were made for the same number.

### Navigation

To scroll from one related request to the next, click the " **<**" and " **>**" buttons ( **3** in the screenshot above) to navigate to earlier and later requests. If there are no related requests, the buttons are unavailable.

## Metadata

The metadata section provides primary details, core interaction properties, and, if enabled, a call summary and call notes that a supervisor or administrator can use for analytical purposes.

Unlike many other contact center applications, the Voiso CDR also includes a recording and/or transcript of each interaction, enabling you to access even more information about each interaction.

Automatic Number Identification. A service that transmits the phone number of the caller for rapid contact identification. Also referred to as Calling Line Identification (CLID) or Caller ID (CID).
