**February 27, 2026**

The Vapi AI Bring Your Own Bot (BYOB) integration lets you bring your own voice bot into Voiso. You can connect your Vapi account, have Voiso automatically create a Vapi AI assistant and a corresponding Virtual agent, and then route calls to this bot in Flow Builder or Dialer campaigns.

## Chrome extension default country code

**February 27, 2026**

You can now select a default country code in the Voiso Chrome extension for for click-to-call and click-to-SMS. When enabled, the extension prepends the selected code to the number you click before opening the call or SMS in **Agent Panel**. This helps when web pages or CRMs store local numbers without country codes.

## SIP trunk setting: Use From header as Contact in INVITE

**February 13, 2026**

The **Use From header as Contact in INVITE** option enables you to copy the caller identity from the **From** header into the **Contact header** for outbound SIP INVITEs. Some BYOC providers or SBC configurations require this header alignment for validation and anti spoofing policy checks. Enable this option only if your provider instructs you to do so or if call setup fails due to a From and Contact mismatch.
