# February 23 - 27, 2026

## New in this release

Refer to the latest [documentation changelog](/v1/docs/changelog) for additional information.

### CRM integration

#### Zoho Desk

The [Zoho Desk integration](/v1/docs/zoho-desk) now includes ticket creation and contact creation preferences in the **Zoho Desk** tab of the **Zoho** integration page.

#### Zenoti

Support for integration with the [Zenoti CRM](/v1/docs/crm-zenoti) enables telephony workflows between Zenoti and Voiso, providing click-to-call, call logging, screen pop, and outbound Dialer campaign calling list import.

### BYOB integration

#### Vapi AI

The [Vapi AI](/v1/docs/byob-vapi-ai) Bring Your Own Bot (BYOB) integration lets you bring your own voice bot into Voiso. You can connect your Vapi account, have Voiso automatically create a Vapi AI assistant and a corresponding [Virtual agent](/v1/docs/virtual-agents), and then route calls to this bot in Flow Builder or Dialer campaigns.

## Improvements

### UX and UI improvements

#### Chrome extension: default country code for click-to-call and click-to-SMS

You can now select a default country code in the Voiso [Chrome extension](/v1/docs/chrome-extension). When enabled, the extension prepends the selected code to the number you click before opening the call or SMS in **Agent Panel**. This helps when web pages or CRMs store local numbers without country codes.

#### Voice provider TLS automatic port support

When you specify **TLS** transport protocol for a [Voice provider](/v1/docs/voice-providers), Voiso automatically uses port `5061`.
