[Video](https://cdn.document360.io/44ae307a-3737-4fbf-98e0-9b888deb90dc/Images/Documentation/February%203%20-%207,%202025.mp4) ### Flow Builder #### Message node (Telegram) The [Message node](/v1/docs/message) is expanded to enable you to send automated [Telegram messages](/v1/docs/message-telegram) to contacts during an [inbound digital channels flow](/v1/docs/digital-flows). Messages can include: - Attachments - Inline buttons - Quick replies You can also specify that the node must wait for the contact to respond before moving to the next node, and you can set a timer to automatically progress to the next node if the contact does not respond. ### CRM Integration The self-serve [integrations](/v1/docs/integrations-overview) page is expanded to include 7 more CRM integrations. You no longer have to work with your Voiso representative to integrate with these CRMs. Click a tile on the **Integrations** page to read about the features supported for the integration, verify that you can meet the prerequisites, then follow the **How to connect** instructions.
