# February 9 - 13, 2026

## New in this release

Refer to the latest [documentation changelog](/v1/docs/changelog) for additional information.

### Extended Call Details

#### Download flow logs from Extended Call Details

You can now download interaction [flow](/v1/docs/inbound-flows) logs directly from the **Extended Call Details** page for both [voice](/v1/docs/extended-call-details-voice) and [digital](/v1/docs/extended-call-details-omnichannel) interactions if the **Download flow logs** feature is enabled for your contact center. This provides a convenient way to review how each interaction progressed through its assigned flow.

### Voice providers

#### Use From header as Contact in INVITE

The [Voice providers](/v1/docs/voice-providers) SIP trunk setting, **Use From header as Contact in INVITE**, allows you to copy the caller identity from the **From** header into the **Contact** header for outbound SIP INVITEs. This alignment may be required by certain BYOC providers or SBC configurations to meet validation or anti-spoofing requirements. Enable this option only if your provider recommends it or if calls are failing due to a mismatch between the **From** and **Contact** headers.

## Improvements

### UX and UI improvements

#### Character limits for Canned Messages by channel type

[Canned message](/v1/docs/administration-message-templates) template character limits are now expanded based on the channel type. Each digital channel has its own supported character count. When assigning a message to multiple channels, the message must not exceed the lowest character limit among them. This ensures compatibility and proper delivery across all selected channels.
