#### Real-time dashboards

The **[Real-time dashboards](/v1/docs/reporting-real-time-dashboard-overview)** interface has been redesigned for easier setup and improved usability. The updated design provides clear, concise information so you can quickly assess the health of your contact center. [New articles](/v1/docs/july-2025#realtime-dashboards) are available to help you understand and configure each dashboard widget.

#### Webhook failures and retriggers

New endpoints for **Webhook failures** and **Webhook retriggers** are now available. These endpoints allow you to identify failed webhooks and retry them directly from your custom applications.

#### Call recording available webhook

A new `call.recording.available` webhook event has been added. [Subscribe to this event](/v1/docs/webhooks) to receive a recording link as soon as a call recording becomes available.

### Flow Builder

#### Caller ID group selection for Route node

The **[Route](/v1/docs/flow-builder-route)** node in [Flow Builder](/v1/docs/inbound-flow-builder-overview) now allows you to select a [Caller ID group](/v1/docs/outbound-cid-groups) for calls routed to the PSTN, giving you more control over outbound caller identification.

### Authentication

#### Google sign-in for embedded UIs

[Google authentication](/v1/docs/authenticating-with-google) is now supported for additional sign-in scenarios, including login.voiso.com, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Omnichannel embedded UIs, and the mobile app.

#### Object links in list views

Links have been added to objects such as flows and numbers in list views. Clicking a link now opens the related page or panel for quicker access.

You can now add an **About** section, a **Description**, and a **Profile picture** to your [Telegram channel](/v1/docs/omnichannel-telegram) integrations, making it easier to manage and personalize your channels.
