### Webhooks

#### New Dialer call event parameter

The `contact_URL` parameter is added for [Dialer call events](https://developers.voiso.com/reference/dialer-call-events) when the URL of the CRM contact record is available during a Dialer campaign using a CRM integration for the calling list. Also refer to the [Webhooks overview](https://developers.voiso.com/reference/webhooks-overview) article.

### UX and UI improvements

#### User Profile panel

The **Transcript settings** section is added to the [User Profile](/v1/docs/supervisor-user-profile) for user accounts that are configured to set the translation language for [Speech Analytics](/v1/docs/speech-analytics). In the Transcript settings section, the option to enable transcript translation is renamed to **Enable transcript translation**.
