### Dialer campaigns and WhatsApp messaging

#### Automating WhatsApp messaging in a campaign

You can now add [WhatsApp messaging to your outbound Dialer campaigns](/v1/docs/automating-whatsapp-messaging-in-a-campaign) using Voiso’s follow-up rules. Based on specific call outcomes—such as no answer or busy signal—your [campaign](/v1/docs/outbound-dialer-adding-a-new-campaign) can automatically send a [WhatsApp message](/v1/docs/omnichannel-whatsapp) to the contact using a predefined [message template](/v1/docs/administration-message-templates).

### Agent Panel

#### Google Chrome Picture-in-picture support

The Picture-in-picture feature allows users to use the softphone in a floating picture-in-picture window — staying visible while navigating other windows and apps. This enhances multitasking and reduces the need for tab-switching during live calls. For **Agent Panel**, refer to [Getting started](/v1/docs/agent-panel-getting-started). #### Dynamic inbound call routing to PSTN numbers

Use **Flow Builder** to [route incoming calls to external numbers dynamically](/v1/docs/dynamic-routing-to-a-number) based on caller input or system responses.

The **[Media](/v1/docs/administration-media)** page now includes a **Play** button to enable you to preview an audio file without opening the **Edit media** page.

Two new permissions have been added to roles, **View integrations** and **Edit integrations**. These have been added to the **Admin** role for contact centers that use [basic roles](/v1/docs/basic-user-roles#admin) and to the **Administration** section for contact centers that use [security access groups](/v1/docs/administration-security-access-groups#administration).
