### v4 Voiso API

#### v4 API Migration

Voiso API v4 is now available. For endpoint mappings, Bearer token authentication, and [scoped API key](/v1/docs/march-23-27-2026#static-api-keys) guidance, see the [Migrating to v4](https://developers.voiso.com/reference/migrating-to-v4) article in the [Developer's Guide](https://developers.voiso.com/reference/api-documentation-introduction).

Existing [v1, v2, and v3 endpoints](https://developers.voiso.com/reference/contact-center-api-documentation) will remain supported until **March 31, 2027** to allow existing customers to migrate to v4. All new customers must use v4. Voiso recommends migrating incrementally, starting with read-only endpoints and then moving write and operational workflows to the new resource-oriented `/api/v4/...` paths.

#### Static API keys

To support [Voiso v4 API](https://developers.voiso.com/reference/api-documentation-introduction) implementation and integration, use the **API keys** page to generate static API key authentication credentials.

Admins can create up to 50 [static API keys](/v1/docs/api-keys) per contact center and assign scopes that control which API endpoints each key can access. Each key acts as an application for the entire contact center.

### BYOB integration

#### ElevenLabs

Integrate [ElevenLabs](/v1/docs/byob-elevenlabs) with Voiso to create an AI voice agent as a [Virtual agent](/v1/docs/virtual-agents) and route calls to it through [Flow Builder](/v1/docs/inbound-flow-builder-overview) and [Dialer campaigns](/v1/docs/outbound-dialer-adding-a-new-campaign).

#### Allowed voice trunk IPs

Manage the list of [trusted IP addresses](/v1/docs/inbound-allowed-voice-trunk-ips) and subnets that are allowed to send [inbound SIP calls](/v1/docs/bring-your-own-bot) to your contact center.

### Dialer campaigns

#### AMD voicemail message

When **Answering Machine Detection (AMD)** is enabled for your [Dialer campaigns](/v1/docs/outbound-dialer-adding-a-new-campaign), you can specify a pre-recorded voice message that is automatically played when the system detects that Voicemail has started recording a message. On the **Add Dialer campaign** page, click **Leave Voice message on Voicemail**, then select a voice message from your media library from the **Voice message** menu.

### Agent Mobility

#### Mobile Omnichannel Workspace

Agents can now access [Omnichannel Workspace](/v1/docs/using-omnichannel-workspace) from their mobile browser on Android and iOS devices. The interface automatically adapts to smaller screens, allowing agents to manage digital conversations and voice interactions while away from their desk.

For a more streamlined experience, Omnichannel Workspace can be installed on a mobile device and launched directly from the home screen, without opening a browser. This update enables greater flexibility for agents to stay connected and productive on the go.

Refer to [Mobile Omnichannel Workspace](/v1/docs/mobile-omnichannel-workspace) for information on setting up users.
