### Authentication

#### Google Authentication integration

Voiso now supports [Google Authentication](/v1/docs/authenticating-with-google) for contact centers that use Google Workspace. This feature enables users to sign in with their Google account credentials, simplifying access and reducing reliance on password-based sign-in.

A **Sign in with Google** button now appears on the **Sign in** page for all users. However, only users in contact centers where Google Authentication has been enabled can complete sign-in using this method. Users must authenticate using the same business email address they use with their organization’s Google Workspace account. Refer to [Signing in with Google](/v1/docs/signing-in-with-google).

          Note

All existing authentication methods (2FA, username/password) remain available.
