Note Use of the Voiso mobile app depends on the permissions assigned to your account. If you have questions about whether mobile app access is available for you, contact your team lead, supervisor, or Voiso administrator. ## Introduction The Voiso mobile app provides mobile access to **[Omnichannel Workspace](/v1/docs/omnichannel-workspace-overview)** and **[Agent Panel](/v1/docs/agent-panel)** on Android and iOS devices. Depending on the permissions assigned to your account, you can handle voice calls, digital conversations, or both from a single mobile app. The mobile app supports the same core capabilities available on desktop, including call handling, digital messaging, status management, contact access, call history, Caller IDs, and personal metrics. To get started, download the app from the [Google Play Store](/v1/docs/mobile-app-agents#download-the-android-app) or the [Apple App Store](/v1/docs/mobile-app-agents#download-the-ios-app). Important If your contact center uses two-factor authentication (most contact centers), also known as 2FA or multi-factor authentication, you must complete the [2FA setup process](/v1/docs/two-factor-authentication) *prior to the first time* you sign-in to your Voiso account on the Voiso Mobile app. ## Download the Android app The [Voiso app](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.voiso.softphone&hl=en&gl=US) is available on the Google Play store.
