## New in this release

### Integration

Integrating with [Freshdesk](/v1/docs/freshdesk), [HubSpot](/v1/docs/crm-hubspot), [Salesforce](/v1/docs/salesforce), and [Zoho](/v1/docs/crm-zoho) is now much easier. The **Integrations** page enables you to connect to these CRMs and manage your settings from one page.

### Flow Builder

#### HTTP Request
The Flow Builder **[HTTP Request](/v1/docs/http-request)** node now supports JSON headers for GET and POST requests, enabling you to use Authorization and other key-value pairs in the request header.

#### Digital flow system variables

New [system variables](/v1/docs/flow-builder-variable-management) are now available for [Digital flows](/v1/docs/digital-flows).

#### Channel support by plan

Beginning with this release, {{variable.BrandName}} introduces the following changes to [digital channels](/v1/docs/digital-channels) support:

## Improvements

### UX and UI improvements

#### Speech Analytics

The **Speech language** filter has been added to the **[Call Detail Records](/v1/docs/reporting-cdr)** page for contact centers with Speech Analytics enabled. This filter enables you to filter voice calls by the detected language.

#### Flow Builder

The configuration panels for most nodes in the [Flow Builder](/v1/docs/inbound-flow-builder-overview) have been improved, and variable types for custom and system variables are now displayed next to the variable name in the variable menu.

### Other improvements

#### Dialer campaigns

The old Predictive dialing strategy is no longer supported. Please use the [AI-powered Predictive strategy](/v1/docs/outbound-dialer-adding-a-new-campaign) instead.

#### Scheduled callbacks

The [Scheduled callbacks](/v1/docs/scheduling-callbacks) feature is now enabled by default.
