# Part 6: Reviewing campaign results

**Who should read this article**: Administrators, Supervisors

This is part 6 of the **How to run a Dialer campaign** use case.

## Reporting

Voiso offers several ways to review the results of your outbound Dialer Campaign. These include:

- Automatically generated [campaign reports](/v1/docs/outbound-dialer-campaign-reviewing-campaign-results#campaign-reports)
- Detailed [calling list reports](/v1/docs/outbound-dialer-campaign-reviewing-campaign-results#calling-list-reports) for campaigns that use a CSV
- A range of **[historical reports](/v1/docs/reporting-historical-reports)**.
- Comprehensive Call Detail Records (**[CDRs](/v1/docs/reporting-cdr)**), which are searchable by a variety of parameters.

### Campaign reports

Voiso generates campaign reports that provide a concise summary of campaign performance and key metrics. Reports are available for campaigns in the **Active**, **Paused**, **Stopped**, and **Completed** statuses.

To view a campaign report:

1. Navigate to **Outbound > Dialer campaigns** in the Voiso navigation bar to open the **[Dialer campaigns](/v1/docs/outbound-dialer-campaigns)** page.
2. Locate the campaign in the **Campaigns** table.
3. Click the campaign name to open the **Edit campaign** page.
4. Select the **Report** tab to view the campaign summary.

The campaign report includes the following entries:

| Report entry | Description |
| --- | --- |
| General settings | The current campaign settings you specified. |
| Progress and duration | The percentage completed, as well as the start and end dates and times. For campaigns that are still in progress, unavailable values display as **-**. |
| Metrics | Key campaign metrics, including: ACD, ASR, Abandonment Ratio, Average Waiting Time, and Average wrap-up time. |
| Call disposition | A pie-chart of call Disposition codes. |
| Dial attempts distribution | A pie chart showing the number of dial attempts for each call. |
| Wrap-up codes | A bar graph summarizing the use of wrap-up codes. |

### Calling list reports

For campaigns that use a CSV calling list, Voiso automatically generates detailed calling list reports upon campaign completion. These reports provide insights into the quality of your calling list and the outcomes of each call.

To view calling list reports:

1. Navigate to **Outbound > Dialer campaigns** in the Voiso navigation bar to open the **[Dialer campaigns](/v1/docs/outbound-dialer-campaigns)** page.
2. Locate the completed campaign in the **Campaigns** table.
3. Click the campaign name to open the **Dialer campaign** page.
4. Select the **Settings** tab and scroll down to the **Calling list** section.

The following reports are available for download in CSV format:

- **Original calling list**: The initial list of contacts uploaded for the campaign.
- **Invalid numbers and duplicates**: A list of phone numbers that were invalid or duplicated.
- **Call dispositions and wrap-up codes**: A detailed report of call outcomes, categorized by disposition and wrap-up codes.

An outbound calling campaign where agents are assigned to handle calls that are automatically dialed and connected by the Voiso Dialer. Dialer handles the rate at which calls are dialed based on the number of available agents. The list of phone numbers in the campaign are pre-loaded from a CSV file or imported from a CRM.

Comma-Separated Values. A data file format where the content is structured in tabular form. Fields (data values) are separated by commas. Rows (records) are separated by line feeds. Voiso supports UTF-8 format for CSV files. CSV files allow interchange of data between spreadsheet applications, text files, and database. It is a common format for importing and exporting data. Each row represents a record. Each value represents an attribute.

Voiso maintains a Call Detail Record (CDR) of every interaction. Each includes information about the interaction that you can use to analyze the performance of your contact center, your agents, and your routing strategies. Unlike many other contact center applications, the Voiso CDR also includes a recording and/or transcript of each interaction, enabling you to access even more information about each interaction.
