# Campaign - Dial Attempts

**Who should read this article**: Administrators, Supervisors

Monitor how often campaign numbers are redialed.

## Introduction

The **Campaign – Dial Attempts** widget displays a bar graph that shows how many campaign numbers were dialed once, twice, three times, and so on—grouped into the following categories: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5+ attempts.

This widget helps you identify potential issues with contact reachability. Ideally, each number should be dialed only once. A high volume of redials may indicate problems such as unreachable contacts, ineffective call times, or technical dialing issues. Use this information to troubleshoot and refine your campaign strategy.
