Extended Call Details

The name of the agent or supervisor is now displayed in the metadata for voice interactions in the Extended Call Details page instead of the agent or supervisor phone number. This improvement affects the number, DNIS, and ANI of the following interaction types:

  • Inbound
  • Outbound
  • Dialer
  • Click-to-call
  • Outbound SMS
  • Queue Callback
  • Scheduled Callback
