    Use Call History to view details about outbound, inbound, and Dialer calls.

    Use Case: Call history

    Voiso can be set up to automatically send details about calls to Salesforce. These may be viewed in the Voiso Call History pane in the contact object in Salesforce.

    Click any call in the Voiso Call History pane to see details about the call, including:

    • Type of call (for example, Click-to-call Outbound Call)
    • Dialed number (DNIS)
    • Contact center number
    • Disposition
    • End reason
    • Call recording link
    • UUID of the call in the Voiso Call Detail Records
    • Call start time
    • Call end time
    • Call duration
    • Owner of the call
    • Queue name for inbound calls
    • Script name for inbound calls
    • Call wrap-up code selected by the agent
