The Extended Call Details page for HLR lookup displays information about who requested the lookup, when the request was made, and the request results.
Introduction
Voiso maintains a detailed record of every interaction your contact center handles, including HLR lookup requests. You can browse, search, and filter the Call Detail Records (CDRs) for HLR lookup requests using the Call Detail Records page from the Reporting menu. The list of requests includes high-level information for each request. To view the details for any request, click it to open the Extended Call Details page for the interaction.
The Extended Call Details page for HLR lookup requests is divided into two sections:
Header
The Extended Call Details page's Header section includes a link to the page, the total number of related requests, and navigation buttons.
