Documentation restructuring
January 31, 2025
To improve navigation within the documentation portal, all articles related to the Administration menu and tasks primarily managed by contact center administrators have been consolidated under the new Administrator Guide group in the left-hand navigation.
Many features in the Administrator Guide, such as creating and managing users and teams, are also used by supervisors. The Supervisor Guide now focuses on tasks typically handled exclusively by supervisors and team leads. Note: The Supervisor Guide will be expanded later this year to include updates as the Real-time dashboard is enhanced.
Articles designed specifically for agents remain part of the Agent Guide. Supervisors are encouraged to review this content to better understand agent workflows.
Other articles are aimed at new users, contact center managers, and other contact center professionals.

The ability to view a user's WebRTC endpoint IP address on the Extended Call Details page is now configurable based on user roles. Administrators can enable this feature by granting the View Agent's Public IP permission to users with the View team CDRs permission configured.
