Flow Builder

HTTP Request

The Flow Builder HTTP Request node now supports JSON headers for GET and POST requests, enabling you to use Authorization and other key-value pairs in the request header.

Digital flow system variables

New system variables are now available for Digital flows.

The following system (global) variables are available for digital interactions:

UX and UI improvements

Speech Analytics

The Speech language filter has been added to the Call Detail Records page for contact centers with Speech Analytics enabled. This filter enables you to filter voice calls by the detected language.

Flow Builder

The configuration panels for most nodes in the Flow Builder have been improved, and variable types for custom and system variables are now displayed next to the variable name in the variable menu.

Dialer campaigns

The old Predictive dialing strategy is no longer supported. Please use the AI-powered Predictive strategy instead.

Scheduled callbacks

The Scheduled callbacks feature is now enabled by default.
