Collect Digits node
The Collect digits node is added to Flow Builder for voice call flows. It enables you to gather and store dial pad key-presses from callers, enhancing data-driven routing and enables the development of a self-service IVR.

Assigned digital channels information is now included in the response to a GET request using the Users API.
The request, response, and authentication for this endpoint have been completely updated as of the release. Please ensure that you update any customizations that use this endpoint.
UX and UI improvements
Call suppression
The Call suppression feature is now a mandatory. For Start-up and Pro plans, you can configure the feature to suppress dialing to a number from 1 to 10 attempts. For Pro+ plans, you can configure from 1 to 15 attempts. Pro+ administrators can manually release suppressed numbers if needed.
Dialer
The Answering Machine Detection (AMD) feature is now always enabled for AI-powered predictive dialing campaigns to improve the efficiency and predictive capabilities of this dialing strategy.
