The White Label feature enables Voiso customers to customize the appearance of the Voiso application interface by adding their naming and logo.
Introduction
White labeling is the rebranding of software purchased from a service provider. The Voiso White Label feature enables customers to apply their header, favicon, Agent Panel softphone, and Omnichannel logos to their Voiso contact center.
Supported White Label customizations
The following customizations are supported:
- Header logo
- Favicon
- Agent Panel (WebRTC Softphone) logo
- Omnichannel Workspace logo
Enabling the White Label feature
Ask your Voiso account manager to enable the White Label feature.
When the feature is enabled for you, provide your account manager with the image files that you want to apply to the following areas:
Header and favicon
Agent Panel
Omnichannel Workspace
White Label limitations
The White Label feature has the following limitations:
- The domain name in the Contact Center URL cannot be modified. It is still
<cluster>.voiso.com
. - The Voiso default logo is displayed in invoices and emails.
- The Voiso financial and legal information is included in invoices.
