Extended Call Details
View agent's public IP
The ability to view a user's WebRTC endpoint IP address on the Extended Call Details page is now configurable based on user roles. Administrators can enable this feature through the Security Access Groups page.
When a user is granted the View team CDRs permission, the new View Agent's Public IP permission becomes available for configuration, allowing more granular control over access to sensitive information.
