Flow Builder

Message node (Telegram)

The Message node is expanded to enable you to send automated Telegram messages to contacts during an inbound digital channels flow. Messages can include:

• Attachments
• Inline buttons
• Quick replies

You can also specify that the node must wait for the contact to respond before moving to the next node, and you can set a timer to automatically progress to the next node if the contact does not respond.

CRM Integration

The self-serve integrations page is expanded to include 7 more CRM integrations. You no longer have to work with your Voiso representative to integrate with these CRMs.
