Monitor how often campaign numbers are redialed.

Introduction

The Campaign – Dial Attempts widget displays a bar graph that shows how many campaign numbers were dialed once, twice, three times, and so on—grouped into the following categories: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5+ attempts.

This widget helps you identify potential issues with contact reachability. Ideally, each number should be dialed only once. A high volume of redials may indicate problems such as unreachable contacts, ineffective call times, or technical dialing issues. Use this information to troubleshoot and refine your campaign strategy.

Setup

On the Campaign – Dial Attempts settings panel, select the campaign to monitor. The campaign must be in the active state.
