New Dialer call event parameter
The contact_URL parameter is added for Dialer call events when the URL of the CRM contact record is available during a Dialer campaign using a CRM integration for the calling list. Also refer to the Webhooks overview article.

User Profile panel
The Transcript settings section is added to the User Profile for user accounts that are configured to set the translation language for Speech Analytics. In the Transcript settings section, the option to enable transcript translation is renamed to Enable transcript translation.
