Integration
Zoho CRM contact number masking
You can now hide contact phone numbers from agents in Zoho CRM while keeping click-to-call functionality fully operational. By storing the real number in a hidden custom field and displaying a masked number in the visible phone field, Voiso retrieves and dials the correct number behind the scenes. This feature improves data privacy without disrupting workflows. Available to contact centers with Zoho CRM integration on the Pro plan or higher.

Salesforce integration
Several improvements have been made to the Salesforce integration:
- A new Exact record matching option lets you control whether the screen pop displays only the exact matched record or all possible matches.
- You can now enable or disable activity tracking directly from the Integration Settings tab.
- A new Related Module field is now included in call history records. This field contains the Salesforce record ID associated with the call—such as the ID of the Lead surfaced via screen pop for inbound calls, or the source record for outbound click-to-call interactions.
