The White Label feature enables Voiso customers to customize the appearance of the Voiso application by adding their own branding, including logos and names.

Important

The White Label feature is available for contact centers on the Pro+ plan or higher.

Introduction

White labeling allows customers to rebrand software purchased from a service provider. With Voiso’s White Label feature, you can customize your contact center by applying your company’s branding, including logos for the header, favicon, Agent Panel softphone, and Omnichannel Workspace.

Supported white label customizations

The following customizations are supported:

  • Header logo
  • Favicon
  • Agent Panel (WebRTC Softphone) logo
  • Omnichannel Workspace logo

Enabling the white label feature

To enable the White Label feature, contact your Voiso account manager.

Once the feature is enabled, provide your account manager with the image files for the following areas:

Header and favicon

White Labeling Favicon and Application Logo

Agent Panel

White Labeling Favicon and Application Logo Agent Panel

Omnichannel Workspace

White Labeling Application Logo Omnichannel Workspace

White label limitations

The White Label feature has the following limitations:

  1. The domain name in the Contact Center URL cannot be modified. It will remain as <cluster>.{{variable.BrandName}}.com.
  2. The Voiso default logo is displayed in invoices and emails.
  3. Invoices include Voiso’s financial and legal information.
