Zoho integration

The Voiso Zoho CRM integration now creates tickets and new contacts when an agent uses Agent Panel to handles inbound and outbound calls, including click-to-call.

Ticket creation

When an agent completes an inbound, manually dialed outbound, or click-to-call outbound call, Voiso automatically creates a ticket for the call and assigns it to the agent who handled it.

CDR

CSV export

The following columns are added to the CSV export of the Call Detail Records search result table:

  • Campaign: the name of the Dialer campaign
  • Strategy: the strategy used in the Dialer campaign

Improvements

Flow Builder

The Flow Builder has been improved to enable moving the canvas using right-click and drag and multiple node selection using left-click and drag.

CDR API

The CDR API now supports querying based on the uuid filter. For other details, refer to How to retrieve CDRs.

Chrome Extension Click-to-SMS

The Voiso Chrome Extension now also supports click-to-SMS capabilities.
