Contact masking
You can now mask contact phone numbers in HubSpot CRM while keeping click-to-call functionality fully enabled in Voiso. This gives administrators more control over agent access to contact data. Voiso dials the real number stored in a hidden field, while agents only see a dummy value. Setup is fully supported in the integration settings for Contacts, Companies, and Deals.
Dialer campaigns
Dialer waiting music on hold
You can now add separate media to play Music on Hold (MOH) to agents who are in the Dialer waiting status during outbound Dialer campaigns. Set the Music on dialer waiting option on the System settings page, then select a Music on Hold media that you have uploaded to the Media page.
