Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC)
Voice providers
You can now configure Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) support using the new Voice providers page. This allows you to connect a third-party telephony provider to Voiso and route both inbound and outbound calls based on country and destination codes. Voiso supports two authentication methods—SIP account credentials and static IPs—and provides flexible routing rules per region. A fallback provider is used when no routing rule matches.
Hubspot
HubSpot CRM Contact Lookup
Voiso now supports real-time contact lookup for HubSpot in the Omnichannel Workspace. When an inbound digital interaction is received, Voiso retrieves and displays the contact’s details in the Contact panel based on the phone number. Contact data is not stored in Voiso.
