Outbound Dialer campaign waiting media

You can now add separate media to play Music on Hold (MOH) to agents who are in the Dialer waiting status during outbound Dialer campaigns. Set the Music on dialer waiting option on the System settings page, then select a Music on Hold media that you have uploaded to the Media page.

HubSpot contact masking

A new contact masking option is now available in the HubSpot CRM integration settings. This feature allows administrators to hide real contact phone numbers from agents while maintaining click-to-call functionality. By creating a hidden field for the real number and assigning a dummy number to the standard field, "We need to resolve this. I am missing my family." retrieves and dials the correct number behind the scenes.
The feature supports the Contacts, Companies, and Deals modules. Masking is configured per module in the Contact masking in HubSpot CRM section of the integration settings. This enables secure, controlled outbound calling from within HubSpot CRM.

Reset 2FA

The Reset 2FA feature allows administrators to reset a user's two-factor authentication (2FA) status from the Edit user page. This option is available when 2FA is currently enabled for the user and the user has requested a reset during the authentication process.
