Contact lookup for HubSpot

Voiso now integrates with HubSpot to support real-time CRM contact lookup during inbound digital interactions. Contact details are retrieved using the interaction’s phone number and displayed in the Contact panel. No contact data is stored in Voiso.

Voice providers (BYOC)

Use the Voice providers page to configure external voice providers in Voiso using the Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) model. The Voice providers page lets you set up SIP access, static IP configuration, and routing rules for inbound and outbound calls. The feature also includes fallback routing behavior and instructions for managing provider assignments.
