Introduction
The ASR by country report includes the standard telecom ASR as well as other meaningful statistics related to ASR, and the Voiso ASR, which excludes calls answered by Voicemail. Refer to the Results section below for details.
This report includes only manually dialed and click-to-call outbound calls. It returns ASR values by country for the selected teams.
Dialer Campaign call ASR values are available in the Campaign Report.
The ASR by country report supports both scheduled and manual generation.
What is ASR?
ASR (Answer-Seizure Ratio) is a standard telecom metric used to assess call success rates and network quality. It is calculated as the ratio of answered calls to total call attempts, expressed as a percentage.
A high ASR indicates better call connectivity. A low ASR can point to issues like blocked or incompatible Caller IDs, call congestion, network instability, or failed attempts due to busy signals or unanswered calls.
