WhatsApp channel

Contact information and location

When a participant shares their contact information or location during a WhatsApp interaction, it can be accessed in the Omnichannel Workspace, Extended Call Details, and Agent Zoom.

Flow Builder Route node

You can now route interactions to a SIP URI using the Route node. Routing to a SIP URI enables you to direct interactions to a PBX within your organization, an external voice bot service, or an external party.

UX and UI improvements

Agent Panel microphone and speaker settings

Microphone and speaker selection menus have been added to the Menu screen in Agent Panel. Select the Audio settings option, then choose the microphone and speakers to use.

Premium Support Chat

You can now allow specific users to view access to the premium support chats of all premium support chat enabled users, by enabling the View all support chats permission in the user's profile.

Google Chrome Click-to-call extension

The Google Chrome Click-to-call extension is improved. Users should update to the latest version, 2.0.3, from the Google Chrome web store if it has not automatically updated.
