Use Click-to-call to call contacts directly from Salesforce.

Use Case: Click-to-call

Agents are more efficient when they can make calls directly from Salesforce instead of switching back and forth between Salesforce and a contact center application. The Voiso Salesforce integration embeds the Voiso softphone in the Salesforce Utility Bar to enable call handling in Salesforce.

Agents can click any phone number in the Salesforce app, such as Sales or Service, that you have connected to the Voiso phone (refer to Salesforce detailed setup guide).
