Do Not Call Registry
Do Not Call Registry management
The Do Not Call Registry (DNCR) feature enables you to align outbound calling with contact “do not call” preferences and local regulations. You can upload DNCR lists as CSV files, and outbound calls, including manual, click-to-call, and Dialer campaign calls, are blocked to all numbers on the list. This feature supports regional compliance requirements while keeping DNCR data under your control.
Enable the Do Not Call Registry feature on the System settings Features tab. Control who may access the DNCR by setting the Access to Do Not Call Registry permission for a role in the Security Access Groups. For reporting purposes, blocked calls are assigned the System reject End reasons and Disposition codes in the Extended Call Details: Voice.
Dialer campaigns
Live campaign dialing order
You can now control how live Dialer campaigns process new contacts using the Dialing order option. When enabled, you can choose to dial numbers in the order they were added (First in, first dialed), or prioritize the most recently added ones (Last in, first dialed). This feature is available for CRM and Running an API campaign calling lists. Selecting a dialing order overrides individual number priorities assigned by the calling list.
Zoho integration
Call recoding URL field
You can now configure where Voiso stores the call recording URL in Zoho CRM. A new field in the Custom fields section of the integration settings lets you specify a destination field in the Calls module to store the recording link.
CRM Contact Management
Agent Panel contact lookup
CRM Contact Lookup from HubSpot is now displayed directly in Agent Panel when CRM Contact Lookup is enabled. For inbound voice calls, matching contact details based on the caller’s phone number are retrieved automatically. This enhancement streamlines workflows by reducing the need to switch apps or search manually. Agents can view the contact’s name, company, job title, and access a direct link to the contact's CRM record.
Voice providers
SRTP connection support
Voiso now supports Secure RTP (SRTP) for encrypted audio when using TLS as the transport protocol in your SIP trunk configuration for Voice providers (BYOC). This allows your contact center to meet additional security or compliance requirements when connecting to voice providers. SRTP is available for both SIP account credentials and static IP authentication methods and can be enabled per provider in the Voice providers settings.
