Message templates

The Message template page now enables you to create and manage canned message and WhatsApp templates.

Canned messages

The functionality of the previous Message template page has been moved to the new Canned messages tab on the Message templates page.

WhatsApp templates

The WhatsApp templates tab has been added to the Message template page to enable you to create, submit, and manage your WhatsApp templates. Previously, you had to work with your account manager to create WhatsApp templates.

Special Instructions

Enable the following permissions for users who will manage the viewing and editing of canned message templates and WhatsApp templates:

• View Canned Messages
• Edit Canned Messages
• View WhatsApp templates
• Edit WhatsApp templates
